Which tasks can you expect?

• SAP HXM Application Management Services, including change management, implementations and Configurations
• Design and development of client functionalities and extensions
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team
• Contribute during all phases of project lifecycle, from ideation and development to maintenance
• Develop solutions that are both functionally effective and technically robust
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide subject matter expertise on SAP HXM best practices and industry trends

What do you have to offer?

• At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Services Consultant
• Experience in working with German-speaking clients from DACH
• Experience in troubleshoot, debug, fix and implement on SAP HCM systems
• Experience in participation in SAP solution implementations for customers in a variety of technology scenarios (mainly cloud, but also on-premise)
• Experience in collect and analyze client requirements for specific functionalities
• Experience in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team
• Fluent English is a must and preferable German language
